Sunflower Loc's LLC

Well Sunflowers 🌻… I really don’t know how else to explain this one. 😂

Yesterday I stopped to get diesel and somehow, completely out of nowhere, a random man handed me a 6-week-old puppy. Like… WHAT?! 😂

She isn’t chipped, she’s only about 6 weeks old, and I’ve spent the last almost 24 hours trying to figure out what the hell I’m supposed to do with this tiny little black puppy that somehow ended up in my lap.

But honestly… I think the puppy distribution system found me. 🖤🐾

And maybe there’s a little more to it than that.

For those of you who know me, you know I lost my sweet Koda Bear back in July. I wasn’t looking for another dog. I definitely wasn’t planning on bringing another puppy into my life anytime soon.

But this little girl just showed up.

And something about that has me wondering if maybe Koda had a little paw in this. 🥹🖤 Maybe he knew I needed another little soul around, or maybe he sent her my way when I least expected it.

Either way… after almost 24 hours with her, I think she may have already made herself at home. 😂

So I guess I have a new family member. 🖤🌻

And before anyone worries — she will NOT be disrupting anyone’s appointments. She’ll have her own kennel and will be kept completely separate from my work when I have clients. And anyone who knows me knows how seriously I take training my dogs. My pups are trained REALLY well, and this little girl will be no exception.

She’s obviously still a baby, so we have some growing and learning to do, but she’ll be raised with structure, boundaries, and lots of love.

I truly wasn’t looking for another puppy… but maybe sometimes they find you exactly when they’re supposed to.

Welcome to the family, little girl. 🖤🐾

Now… somebody help me name her. 😂🌻

Well, Sunflowers 🌻… the day I’ve been dreading for a long time has finally come.

As most of you know, I’ve always loved traveling in my truck. She has carried me 460,000 miles, coast to coast six times, through 46 states, and has been a huge part of my journey with Sunflower Loc’s.

But sadly, it’s time to retire her. 💔

This truck has been so much more than just a vehicle to me. She’s been my home on the road, my workspace, my adventure partner, and the reason I’ve been able to bring my craft to so many of you across the country. I’ll forever be grateful for every mile, every state, every client, and every memory she gave me. 🌻

But don’t fret — this isn’t the end of the tour! I already have a Plan B in place.

I’m flying back home to Pensacola, picking up a backup truck, and driving 16 hours straight back to North Carolina so I can get back on schedule and keep things moving.

Everyone who needed their appointment dates adjusted has already been contacted, so as of right now, everyone is still on schedule. ❤️

After this tour, I’ll be on the hunt for my next Ford — one that can hopefully carry me into the next chapter and another few hundred thousand miles of Sunflower Loc’s adventures.

Thank you all for being along for the ride. 🌻

Here’s to the truck that got me here… and to whatever comes next. 🖤

The journey isn’t over. It’s just getting a new set of wheels. 🚚🌻
