Questa Bees LLC

We were honored to present a lively Beginning Beekeeping presentation to the Not Forgotten Outreach this morning.
This is such a good community.
And most of all, thank you you to all the veterans who have given so much.

Come by tomorrow. Try a little of our award winning honey for yourself.

This is probably the last of it for the season

Updates from our bees

It’s been a long, hot, dry summer. We will have a little honey this week at the Questa Farmers’ Market.

A couple more events. Really excited to present to Taos area vets on September 1 and maybe another seminar at the library.

Entering our “drought” honey this weekend at the Taos county fair. Really interesting product. You may not have many chances to try this product again (hopefully never!) But it’s what the bees gave us this year.

Meeting with the new county assessor. What do you need to do in order to qualify for an ag exemption? Bee wise? We are really excited for this meeting. What a great way to bring bees back to the northern Taos valley!

And a new landowner program. Details to follow.

Here’s hoping to really get slammed this winter and for a strong monsoon next year.

A little rain has fallen.
A few flowers are blooming.
Our bees are busy.
We peeked in a few hives and there are some nice looking frames.
We will have honey on Sunday.
Yay!
See you at the Questa Farmers’Market.

Thank you lord

We are at the Questa Farmers Market! We have pints, half pints, and 2 oz jars of honey. New this week-we have honey straws and bee pollen!! We also have beautiful honey dipper lids with turquoise. Come check us out from 10-2:00

Another beeautiful event. Summer reading program at the library. Thank you Monica and staff. Pretty sure all the kids will be talking about bees
