As doctors, we often remind our patients that health is built on balance. But sometimes we forget that this also applies to us.

📋 Жодна процедура не здатна замінити те світло, яке народжується всередині. Позитивні емоції не лише додають шкірі сяйва - вони запалюють вогонь в очах, допомагають відновити енергію, зменшити вплив стресу й нагадують організму, що таке справжній баланс.
Краса - це не лише результат естетичної медицини. Це ще й якісний сон, щирий сміх, теплі розмови, морський бриз, обійми та моменти, які знову закохують у життя.

🇫🇷 This trip meant so much more to me than simply celebrating my birthday.
Above all, it was about reuniting with the people who are closest to my heart. Today, we live in different parts of the world, but we’ve shared so much together - through both the difficult moments and the happiest ones.
☝🏻The greatest gift was having all of you by my side on this special day. Together, we experienced an unforgettable whirlwind of emotions in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
I am endlessly grateful to the higher powers for making this possible, and also to myself - for daring to dream, for never giving up, and for believing that the most meaningful reunions always happen at the right time.
I still can’t believe we made it all happen. 🤗
