We exercise the body, mind and spirit! Each class typically runs 60 minutes. After opening in prayer, we get moving with 10-15 minutes of low impact aerobics.
PraiseMoves is an exercise form designed to improve physical fitness through low-impact aerobics and powerful stretching, while integrating Scripture verses and Christian music. Once warmed up, we're on to 35-40 minutes of stretching in a variety of postures. All postures can be modified to individual fitness levels. While in a posture, we recite and meditate on a scripture verse. The class closes with a 10-minute WWJD (what would Jesus do?) relaxation period where we focus on a specific Bible passage or devotional.

This Reed posture is my fav. First posture I did to scripture and it was a beautiful thing. ❤️
