Savanna at Savy Salon

I have another reminder to add... we know it can be awkward to have to cancel an appointment last minute. I promise you, we would rather have you let us know than just not show up. We are not hourly employees, and not giving us the opportunity to fill the spot we reserved for you isn't something we enjoy. Things happen, we understand. Due to the number of no call, no shows, we will be enforcing a cancellation policy that we've been very lax with until now.
24 hours cancellation notice is the courtesy we're asking for. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the base price of whatever services you booked. Not showing for your appointment will result in a 100% charge. At this time, we will not be asking for credit card information to keep on file, and will instead take the risk of whether or not you choose to be a guest in our salon again. We will be keeping track.
It's giving me no small amount of guilt/anxiety writing this, as I feel that the post is abrasive, and unnecessary. However, this doesn't just affect me; it also concerns my co-workers and their families. Please keep this in mind when you choose not to set a reminder for your appointment, or that we're not worth a quick text or phone call to say you can't make it.
We greatly appreciate all of our wonderful guests, and hope that you understand why this policy has to happen.
