Those who have experienced the deep connection of a horse know the profound pain of saying goodbye. 💔

If you are grieving the loss of your horse, be gentle with yourself. Healing takes time. Surround yourself with those who can offer kindness and understanding.

And if you know someone walking through this kind of loss, reach out — even the smallest gesture can mean so much. Sometimes, simply being there to listen is the greatest comfort of all. 💕🐴

🐴❤️ Something BIG is beginning at Happy Rock… ❤️🐐

We are incredibly excited to share the beginning of Happy Rock Farm Animal Rescue!

For a long time, Happy Rock has been a place filled with animals, people, laughter, learning, and a whole lot of love. Now we're taking the next step—creating a rescue dedicated to helping farm animals that have been neglected, abandoned, surrendered, or simply find themselves needing a safe place to land.

Our goal is to provide these animals with safety, proper care, rehabilitation, and ultimately the best future possible.

But starting an animal rescue takes more than a big heart. ❤️ It takes a village.

Right now, we're working on building the foundation that will allow us to safely say "YES" when an animal needs us.

🚧 Fencing, gates & livestock panels to create safe pens and pastures
🚚 A dependable livestock/horse trailer so we can transport animals in need
🌾 Hay, feed, minerals & bedding for the animals in our care
🏠 Shelters & quarantine areas for new arrivals
🩺 Veterinary & farrier care for animals needing rehabilitation
🪣 Feeders, water tanks, buckets, halters, leads and everyday farm supplies

There are so many ways to help.

You can make a financial donation, donate supplies or materials, sponsor fencing or feed, donate hay, offer professional services, connect us with businesses that may want to help—or simply SHARE this post.

No contribution is too small. A bag of feed matters. A bale of hay matters. A fence panel matters. $5 matters. Reach out to us directly to make a donation!

Because every single piece helps us get closer to being ready for the next animal who needs somewhere safe to go.

🐴🐐🐑🫏 We're building more than fences and shelters. We're building second chances.

And we'd love for our community to build it with us. ❤️

Welcome to the beginning of Happy Rock Farm Animal Rescue.

Please SHARE and help us spread the word! 🐾❤️
