It truly hurts my heart to have to make this post.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve experienced an overwhelming number of cancellations and no-shows. I always try to show my clients as much grace, understanding, and flexibility as possible because I know life happens. Unfortunately, I’ve reached a point where I can no longer absorb the time and income lost from last minute cancellations and missed appointments.

Moving forward, I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation and no-show policy.

I also wanted to let everyone know that I’m in the process of switching to a new booking system. Over the next few days, you may receive a text saying your appointment has been canceled. I have NOT actually canceled your appointment. This is simply part of transferring everything into the new system. Bare with me y’all😅

If you currently have an appointment scheduled and do not receive a new confirmation, please send me a message so I can make sure everything transferred correctly.

Going forward, a card will be required to remain on file in order to reserve an appointment. Without a card on file, appointments cannot be held. I’ve been very lenient with this in the past, but unfortunately it has ended up costing me both valuable time and income.

Thank you all for your continued support, understanding, and respecting my time just as I strive to respect yours. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. 🤍
