I used 1 mL total of RHA® 4 dermal filler
• 0.5 mL right cheek
• 0.5 mL left cheek

Treatment focused on the medial and lateral cheek, with attention to the upper-cheek/infraorbital transition.

The goal:

✔️ Maintain natural, masculine proportions
