You can say education is a priority, but we think it should show. 👏

This week, we brought a Wella educator in from Atlanta just for Bennett.

Tuesday, our educators got an in-depth look at the Wella line, techniques, and approach to color education so they can continue bringing that knowledge into the classroom.

Then Wednesday was all about our students. 🖤

They spent the day learning highlighting and color techniques directly from a Wella educator, getting the kind of hands-on, brand-led education we believe they should experience before they ever graduate.

We bring in outside educators. We invest in additional education. We give our students opportunities that go beyond what’s required to get a license.

We could stick to the curriculum and call it enough. We don’t.

Because at Bennett, the minimum has never been the standard. 🖤

One thing we will always invest time and money into at Bennett is education, and that doesn’t stop with our students.

This industry changes way too fast for educators to stop learning once they become teachers. Our educators take classes, learn new techniques, work with new products, and stay involved in what’s actually happening behind the chair.

We expect a lot from our students, and we expect the same from the people teaching them.

Tomorrow, the teachers get to be the students. 👏

Closing for a day is an investment in every student who walks through our doors.
