In regards to skin, if you do anything consistently, it has to be your nighttime routine. Never ever go to bed with out washing your face!!!

//DO IT BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN TO RELAX// never ever ever skip washing your face& doing your skincare routine @ night!!

My Number one tip for getting the nighttime skincare routine job done at night is-DO IT BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN TO RELAX. WHO says you have to do it right before your head hits the pillow?! Often I do my routine right when I walk in the door from work after I get my comfies on. Sometimes I wait until after dinner but before I sit on the couch to relax a bit. All I know is, if you get your routine done prior to relaxing or getting tired it won’t seem like such a chore.

The bad stuff:
👵🏻If you skip washing your face at night, you definitely aged faster! The wrinkles, the lines, the clogged pours all present much quicker.

🦠Bacteria! Make up and environmental toxins are breeding ground for bacteria, which creates acne
