The Fort Wayne GREEN PEEL® Certification Training will be held on November 15th from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
The cost of the certification training is $399 per student. The full $399 training fee is then credited toward the purchase of the GREEN PEEL® Professional Starter Kit, which is $1,799.
The Professional Starter Kit provides the products and materials needed to begin offering GREEN PEEL® treatments. There is no additional minimum product purchase beyond the starter kit, and there is no maximum purchase requirement.
Prior to the hands on class, each student will create a professional account and complete the mandatory online GREEN PEEL® theory. This gives them the foundational knowledge they need before we move into the practical portion of training.
During the in person training, students learn all three GREEN PEEL® treatment methods: Fresh Up, Energy and Classic. We cover proper consultation and treatment selection, preparation of the herbs, correct herbal massage technique, treatment intensity, contraindications, aftercare, home care and how to safely customize the treatment for different skin conditions. The day is very hands on, with each participant having the opportunity to both give and receive a GREEN PEEL® treatment.
Upon successful completion of the required theory and practical training, students become GREEN PEEL® Certified Professionals and are authorized to perform GREEN PEEL® treatments within their professional scope of practice.
Once certified and equipped with their Professional Starter Kit, they will have what they need to begin incorporating GREEN PEEL® into their treatment offerings. They will also have access to our professional education and ongoing support after certification.

After more than 20 years in this industry, I have learned that good customer service is just as important as the quality of the products you sell.
Recently, I placed a large professional skincare order for my spa—almost $4,000 worth of products. When the shipment arrived and we opened the boxes, many of the products were damaged. The packaging was not properly protected, and it was very disappointing to see so much product arrive this way.
Unfortunately, this was not the first time. A few months earlier, I had the exact same problem. I took pictures and videos and contacted the company. I was told that it would not happen again, and I accepted the apology because I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt.
Now it has happened again.
I contacted the company by email and explained that my products had once again arrived damaged. Instead of receiving a phone call, an apology, or even a simple acknowledgment of the fact that I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years, the response I received was simply: “Can you send pictures?”
Of course, I can provide pictures. But my question is: Where is the customer service?
In the past, when I worked with other distributors, I never experienced this kind of situation. And when there was an issue, they knew how to take care of their customers. Sometimes there would even be a small thank-you gift, a note, or a personal message showing appreciation for being a loyal customer.
I am not expecting special treatment. I am expecting basic professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect.
When a customer has spent thousands of dollars with your company and has been loyal for more than 20 years, a damaged shipment should not be handled as if it is just another ticket number. A simple phone call saying, “Ena, we’re sorry this happened again. We appreciate your business and we’re going to make sure this is handled properly,” would go a long way.
Customer service is not just about selling a product. It is about how you treat people when something goes wrong. Companies can change. Distributors can change. The way business is done can change. But one thing should never change: respect for your customers. A loyal customer should feel valued not ignored.
And yes, pictures and videos can document the damage, but they should not replace a genuine apology and good customer service. Just my thoughts after more than 20 years in this business.
