Well Wahine continued Part I....

Happy aloha Friday gang!

Feeling very thankful that this hurricane season has for the most part passed us by ..so far. Our lower Puna district continues to heal Iselle...and the heart beat of the Big Island keeps thumping. As I blog this 2nd part of Hair & Scalp... I take in the JV & Varsity gamed of My grandson's alma mater, Waiakea High.

A thought comes to mind....

Good coaching, will show in a team .. As well as the opposite.I realized in watching my four grandsons play from pop Warner... That the coach that is an inspiration & ".... Coaching up, as my daughter referred to it as... Will produce a winning attitude in his team... Regardless if they win or lose, before they even hit the field, for the 1 st game of the season...

A coach, is exactly that... A coach... Of knowledge, guidance, a motivator, educator, enlightenmentor, sportsmanship Extraordinaire,
that's just a few attributes a coach must possess to wear the cap titled or embellished with the word " coach".. ...

It does not matter what your coaching, those attributes are still necessary. A coach may be the only " mentor" a young person is exposed to outside a home.

I believe a true coach, (yes there's ones that are not true to the calling)... "Builds & lifts" at all times...

The following are the characters of a "demolition coach"

" Aw c' Mon! What's wrong with you"?

"You gotta be kidding me, what the hell are you doing"?

"So good luck, you tink you can be a running back"? Please!

Get the picture gang?...

So with the same boldness of being a demolition coach... I will say ... Do everyone else a favor & change your career path if investing in others is too overtaxing for you. If you are unable to teach with passion, for sure get out ta the coaching field..

*Every one wants great looking & feeling hair, right? Whether long or short... The questions are the same.

Discovering your type of hair is first & foremost.
Also charting how often you are doing color services (or any other type of service):is very important to the health status if your locks.

Alot of my clients fail to consider maintenance as well. They'll spend good money on their services & purchase either the wrong products for their hair type or go cheap on their shampoo & conditioners... Sorry ladies, I call it what it is. Inexpensive products will not get the results you got in the salon. You'll have saved some $...but opted for lower grade fillers/ingredients in your $ saving products, resulting in any number of the following results.

Over oily
Dried out
Frizzy
Flat
Scalp nuisance meaning, itching,
Dandruff, static, raw scalp.....
