Last night I got to spend the evening with this wonderful group of women from Legacy Trust talking about one of my favorite subjects…skin. ❤️
Holly invited me to join them for dinner at Coastal Kitchen and answer some of the skincare questions that come up when there is SO much information (and misinformation) coming at us all the time.

We talked dermaplaning, skin barrier, products, and how to know who you can trust with your skin in an industry that can be so overwhelming 😵‍💫

After 23 years as an esthetician, I still really love these conversations. Skincare doesn’t need to be intimidating or overly complicated. Sometimes you just need someone you trust who will listen to what’s bothering you and help you figure out what actually makes sense for your skin.
