Get your shop together. We’re opening the Compound.
The Holy Black × Wahl present THE ASSEMBLY. A gathering rooted in traditional barbering and American craftsmanship.
We spend all year talking to people in this industry. This is the night we get everyone under one roof. Trade some knowledge, get behind a chair, meet someone from another shop and stay a while.
Education, tattoos, live pinstriping, good food and drinks. Bring your tools. Bring a friend. Come by yourself if you have to. You don’t need to know us to be part of this.
The flyer tells you some of what’s happening. We’re keeping a few things to ourselves until you get here.
Sunday, October 18. 7 PM ’til whenever.
The Holy Black Compound. Lindenhurst, New York.
Free admission. 18+. Limited space.
We do this once a year. Make this the one you show up for.
Send this to the person you want coming with you, then DM The Holy Black “ASSEMBLY” for the location. Let us know if you’re definitely coming.

Bring someone from your shop. Bring your tools if you want to get behind a chair. And if you don’t know anybody here yet, that’s a good reason to come.

New York → Texas.
2,000+ miles with the crew.
Haircuts and Beaver nuggets.
I think we went to Texas one too many times this year. Some companies do team-building exercises. We do s**t like this. by 🎥 Box Visuals Media 🎙️ Tony Ono 💈🔨⛓️🧱🏴
Taking our small handmade brand, getting the opportunity to share it with the masses, and doing it alongside the people we love most. This is what the dream looks like.
Beyond grateful to H-E-B for trusting and believing in a small barber brand from New York. We’re not some big corporate company. We’re real people with real passion, and that’s exactly why we show up the way we do.
This one hit different. San Antonio, thank you. 🙏 🖤
We’ll come back for you.
