Wolfe Wellness Medical Massage

Hi friends! This update is way overdue so it’s kind of long, but it’s very important.
**PLEASE READ!**
Two weeks ago, I hurt my shoulder. I initially thought that I had seriously damaged my rotator cuff, but thankfully it wasn’t that bad. I took some time off of work, and by God’s grace, with lots of prayers, ice, and Ibuprofen, my shoulder is feeling much better!! 🙌🏻
However, since the injury was due to overuse, I am cutting back on the number of appointments I will do in a week. And because I had to cancel 36 appointments from the two weeks I took off, my schedule is all kinds of hectic right now. 😵‍💫
At this time, I am prioritizing rescheduling the clients I had to cancel while I gave my shoulder a rest. Then I will work on rescheduling the clients I need to cancel this week and over the next few weeks to lighten my workload. So at this time, I will not be taking on any new clients.
Also, although I’m doing the best I can to reschedule appointments in a timely fashion, please expect to have to wait 4-6 weeks (possibly longer) for your next appointment.
I appreciate all of the care, concern, and prayers I have received! Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please reach out if you have any questions!
Deanna Wolfe, LMT

Just a friendly reminder: If I come across some angry spots during the massage that you weren’t aware of, I didn’t put them there! I just found them for you 💁🏻‍♀️😂

Caring for your wellness is my pleasure. Being able to laugh with you all is an added blessing! ❤️

God brought my family to Miller, SD with a plan and a purpose. Every single client I see is a reminder of this.
Thank you for trusting me with your wellness! 🤍

Hi friends! Happy Monday!
🔹I just wanted to give a quick update. As of right now, my schedule is COMPLETELY BOOKED for the month of August. 😳 I do have a running waitlist, and I’m happy to add your name to it if you were hoping to get in before September. However, my waitlist is about a mile long, and I don’t get very many cancellations. I promise I’m doing my best to see everyone in a timely fashion, but there are only so many hours in the week! At this time, we’re still on a first come, first served basis.
🔹Here’s how YOU can help with this: If you have an appointment scheduled with me and need to cancel, please let me know ASAP. That allows me the time I need to fill that spot. And don’t worry if you do need to cancel! I know that life happens and things come up unexpectedly. That’s why I never charge a cancellation fee. 😉
🔹Also, don’t let the lengthy waitlist deter you from scheduling a massage with me! I’m not too busy to take new clients. You are not an inconvenience. You are valuable to me, and I look forward to seeing you! 🤗
🔹Feel free to reach out with any questions/concerns! Text/call (231) 301-2191 or shoot me a Facebook message.

Hey Miller. I know it’s only our one month anniversary, but I think I’m in love! 😍
Seriously though, I am absolutely blown away by the positive reception I have received over the past month! I sincerely appreciate your willingness to give me a chance, your kindness, your referrals and your well wishes!!
As of right now, I am completely booked for the next 5 weeks 😳 But I promise that I’m working on adding a few more appointments to accommodate the demand! I appreciate your patience as I work to serve this amazing community to the best of my ability.
Thanking God for all of you! 💙

Happy 4th of July, friends! ❤️🤍💙

🔹What is medical massage?
Medical massage is intended to treat specific conditions. Rather than performing a generalized full-body massage, I will ask you where it hurts and then treat accordingly! That’s not to say that I can’t- or won’t- do full body, relaxation massage. That’s just not my specialty. I would rather stay focused on addressing your pain, and ultimately bring you some lasting relief.

🔹How does it work?
It sounds silly to say this, but when performing massage, I use my hands. 🙌🏻 I don’t use my elbows, forearms or feet. I don’t use modalities like hot stones or cupping. I don’t balance chakras or rely on reflexology to affect various parts of the body. I use my hands- mostly my thumbs- to really get a feel for what’s happening in the tissue and treat down to the core of the problem. My thumbs are more sensitive than my forearms ever will be, and can be used to pinpoint and work out specific issues.

🔹What makes me different?
I don’t claim to “cure” anything- I’m not a doctor (you’ll sign a consent form stating that you acknowledge this 😅). But I do promise to approach each treatment with genuine concern and integrity, addressing your concerns to the best of my ability.
I’m not promising that every person who comes to my table will be miraculously healed. But, by God’s grace, I pray that every client I see will receive some relief, or that we can come up with a plan to get them there, whether or not they keep seeing me.
