Hi everyone!

I just wanted to share and address something that happened to me today. In no way, shape, or form will I ever tolerate being sworn at or yelled at. Up until now, every single client I have had and even those that I have needed to turn away have been absolutely fantastic, kind, and respectful.

Running a business of course carries the risk of receiving negative reviews, however in this case I feel it is unwarranted as no services were provided, and I was being sworn at within 30 seconds of our interaction for requesting vaccine paperwork, something that is required in every grooming salon. I was frightened and disappointed due to how I was treated today, and I am hopeful that this one negative review does not impact how you all have come to know me as a person and as a groomer.

That being said, a negative review is incredibly harmful for such a small operation. If you have had a positive experience with me, it would mean the world if you could take the time to leave me a review on Google, as this is now 1/3 of my total public feedback.

As the year comes to a close, I’ll be taking some time off for the holidays and will be back on January 2nd to return any calls, texts, and booking requests received while I’m away.

A quick heads-up that pricing will increase in the new year. There will be a 10% increase on all services to keep up with rising operating costs.
