This week, a lot of it came back to the same thing: how I’m showing up for the level I’m in now.
Stop comparing. Protect my focus. And recognize when it’s time to grow into a new level of leadership.
I’m realizing my business has reached a level that requires more from me. Not more work, but more focus and more intention.
How I lead. What I give my attention to. What I say no to. The standards I hold.
9 years later, I’m still figuring some things out as I go. I think that's the beauty of being an entrepreneur, you never have it all figured out. And I think that’s a part of business we should talk about more.

You grow into the decisions you make.
You learn while you’re doing. You build the systems after you realize you need them. You make mistakes, adjust, ask questions, and become more capable because you were willing to move before you had everything figured out.
