One of my blonde clients was ready for a change and decided to embrace a beautiful brunette look for fall!

To create the dimension and depth we were looking for, we used a full head of foils and four different shades of color.
A dark brown, golden brown, blonde, and a custom root color designed to blend beautifully with her natural color as it grows out.

The result? A rich, dimensional brunette with plenty of warmth and variation, perfect for the season! 🤎🍁

This beautiful young lady wanted to brighten up her natural color without going all-in on a full head of highlights. We added just 12 strategically placed foils, including a small money piece, to give her hair a fresh, brighter look while keeping it natural and budget-friendly.

💰 12 foils + cut + blow-dry = $150 for a partial highlight.

And here’s the part that makes this such a great value…

Since my color services include a cut and blow-dry, when you subtract the regular price of the haircut, you’re paying only $102 for the highlights! 💇‍♀️

That’s a beautiful way to get a fresh, noticeable change without the price tag or commitment of a full head of highlights.

I wanted to let you know that I will be having hand surgery on OCTOBER 13th. I will be taking approximately two weeks off to recover, and then I will gradually return to work before resuming my regular schedule, as my hand allows.

All Year Long

Summer may be coming to an end, but blonde is always in style! ☀️✨

My blondes are created using raw lift with no toner—and there’s a reason why.

Toners are designed to enhance and refine blonde tones, but they gradually fade with shampooing, typically lasting about 3–6 weeks, depending on how often you wash your hair.

Since most of my clients have their highlights refreshed about every 3 months, I want their blonde to continue looking beautiful, bright, and natural throughout that entire time—not just on the day they leave the salon.

That’s why I focus on creating a beautiful blonde through the right placement, formulation, and lift, so it looks fresh and dimensional from the day you leave the salon until your next appointment. 💛

Beautiful blonde shouldn’t have an expiration date. ✨

Fades can be especially challenging when working with hair that has multiple colors or tones. The different shades can affect how seamlessly the fade appears, and sometimes the result may not look as perfectly blended as we would like.

But that’s okay—hair isn’t perfect, and neither is the canvas we work with. Every head of hair is unique, and part of the art of hairstyling is working with what we have to create the best possible result.

I had the best time with my new client creating this beautiful makeover! Our goal today was to eliminate the brassiness while bringing the highlights closer to the scalp for a brighter, more dimensional look.

Using a combination of strategically placed foiled highlights and lowlights, along with hand-painted sections throughout the ends, we were able to create this gorgeous, refreshed look.

Not only was it so much fun creating her new color, but I truly enjoyed getting to know her throughout the process. There’s nothing better than great hair and great conversation!
