I’m Deja Monet, the creative and visionary behind Freedom Bound Studio | House of Versatility.

But Freedom Bound was never meant to simply be a place where you come, get your hair done, and leave. It represents something much bigger.

Freedom Bound is about having the freedom to CREATE. The freedom to EVOLVE. The freedom to become more than one thing.

I’m a cosmetologist, but I’m also a photographer, creative, and visionary. I’ve never believed creativity should have to fit inside a box—and that’s exactly what House of Versatility represents.

A space where beauty, hair care, photography, fashion, art, community, and creativity can exist under one vision.

I chose the name Freedom Bound because it represents how I want to live and how I hope to inspire others to live:

BOUND TO NOTHING. ✨

Not bound to fear.
Not bound to failure.
Not bound to one title.
Not bound to who people think you should be.

There is freedom in allowing yourself to grow, try something new, and recognize that God may have placed more than one gift inside of you.
