Our updated group exercise schedule starts today!! Classes are free with your membership or only a $10 drop-in fee.
April has added a few step classes this time on specific Tuesday mornings, including tomorrow!! Come join the fun!
🥊💃 What exactly is Piloxing? Gail is breaking it all down in Piloxing 101!
Piloxing brings together elements of Pilates, boxing and dance for a fun, full-body workout set to high-energy music. In this video, Gail walks you through what to expect, the equipment you’ll use and how all those different movements come together in class.
And don’t worry if you’ve never tried it before — all skill levels are welcome!

Heads up as we head into the holiday weekend!
The Cold Springs Family Center will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day.
We wanted to give our members and community a little advance notice so you can plan your visits accordingly. We’ll be back to our regular schedule on Tuesday, September 8.
We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing holiday weekend, and we’ll see you when we return! ❤️

To our local firefighters: thank you. ❤️🚒
The kids at the Cold Springs Family Center wanted to share a very special thank you with the firefighters who worked tirelessly to protect our community during the Hawk Fire.
Our Before & After School Program kids put their hearts into creating this sign as a small way to show just how grateful we are for the courage, sacrifice and long hours our firefighters gave to keep our families, homes and community safe.
There really aren’t enough words to express what that means to us.
From some of the littlest members of our Cold Springs community — and all of us here at the Family Center — thank you for showing up when we needed you most. ❤️🚒
