I love red hair so much! I think Lilly looks ethereal 😇🪽

Filter free no-makeup makeup look! Any dark colors will be so harsh on Lilly’s natural light skin, eyes, and hair. I actually did not have any brown mascara in my kit, (naughty make Up Artist), so I used waterproof brown eyeliner, and feathered it on…

I used foundation to even out skin-tone, caviar stick on the eyelids, or**sm blush.. look this color up. If you have never seen it, it’s a cult classic for a reason, even my grandmother in-law, uses it! haha when I used to work at Sephora back in college people would come up to me, asking for “or**sm please”🤣🤣🤣ok!

For her hair we gently styled using Setspray and The Balm

Hello friends! It has been quite a month! I’m going to be sharing some posts that I never got around to🙌🏻

Here is a huge makeover we did! I am so mad at myself, I forgot to take before pictures 😭😭

We added some sparkling gold highlights and took off like 6 inches… so fresh and shinayyy

Her base color was already gorgeous but we wanted more dimension so we did teasy lights and tipped out the front around her face for some extra brightness! Then we toned with a glistening caluragloss 8.0 with some G for added warmth.

We added layers and shape to her cut✂️ and styled with MILK (which adds moisture, softness, shine and smells soooo good) and a little Glossy Nectar. Finally we used Setspray because it protects hair from heat styling…

What is this class? Blonding 101 will go over the basic understanding of how bleach works, using it on various hair types in different scenarios, . We will touch base on application techniques such as balayage, traditional foil patterns, and platinum root touch ups.

What will I learn? All students will leave with an in-depth understanding of how to choose what type of bleach to work with, application techniques, including highlighting, balayage, root touchup, bleach usage and guidelines, how to maintain hair integrity, and using bleach during color corrections.

Who is this class great for? This class is a great intro to blonding for new stylists, or a great refresher for established artists.

Who is teaching this class? Carley attended the Aveda Institute of Chicago after attending Berklee College of Music in Boston. She’s taken several continuing color classes from Eufora, Aveda, and Pulp Riot. Carley spent time working in the fashion industry in Chicago; she had the opportunity to create hair and makeup looks for celebrities including Joan Rivers, Eva Longoria, Diane Lane, Billy Corgan, Martin Short, Danica Patrick, and Ziggy Marley! She currently specializes in blonding, grey coverage, modern color, and precision cutting.
