Beauties- as promised in my last video talking about a typical morning skincare routine… here is mine.
My current priority- barrier support. This summer I got too much sun, didn’t drink enough water, neglected my sleep & tried too many new products too close together. I’m also entering a new phase of hormone imbalance. So I’m sort of starting over, skincare wise. Nothing harsh. Simple, gentle, and healing…. Welcome to my mid 40’s 🫣😬🤣🤷🏻♀️💚
