For YEARS I’ve had a bad relationship with eating anything at work because if I sat down that meant I wasn’t making money.
Crazy mindset right.. yikes, I know.
But now this has to be a non negotiable for me, I’m done feeling sluggish, and feeling like I’m on my last battery to keep pushing through the day.
So please make time in your schedule to sit down, to stretch , to eat, and hydrate and decompress. You deserve a recharge to give your best.
