I had my first professional stretch from Jared at Restore - Recovery & Wellness yesterday. I felt like a professional athlete getting targeted and mapped. The attention to detail and joint movement was beyond phenomenal and by someone who quickly becomes family.. no creepy weird guy stretching you. For all of those who have loss of range of motion in hips, shoulders, low back, quads, hamstrings. (which is all of you 😉 ) This is the lengthening body care that pushes past a great massage, and past the typical physical therapy. This work is going to be an absolute dream for all of my clients who've had joint replacements, injuries and for those stuck in their body from repetitive daily movement.
