NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Immediately
Dear Valued Guests,
We truly appreciate you choosing De-al a Shawn Jett Salon! Our appointment times are reserved especially for you. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, it can be difficult for us to fill that time with another guest. To better serve everyone, we are updating our cancellation policy:
HAIRCUT APPOINTMENTS
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a haircut appointment.
COLOR & CHEMICAL SERVICES
For color, highlights, perms, and other chemical services, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
REPEATED CANCELLATIONS
Guests who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments without the required notice may be asked
to leave a nonrefundable deposit when booking future appointments. This helps us protect appointment times for all of our guests and our stylists.
WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and we will always do our best to work with you when they arise.
Thank you for respecting our time, our stylists, and our other guests. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you in the salon!
Warmly,
DE-AL A SHAWN JETT SALON
