I just want to start by saying how incredibly thankful I am for the support and growth my business has seen lately. Every appointment booked, referral sent, post shared, and client who chooses to sit in my chair means more to me than I can explain. I truly do not take any of it for granted. 🥲🩷

With that being said, I’ve unfortunately experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up, but when an appointment is cancelled without enough notice or missed entirely, it leaves a large gap in my day that I often cannot fill. As a self-employed stylist, that is time and income I have set aside specifically for you.

Moving forward, a $35 nonrefundable deposit will be required at booking for all color and extension services. The deposit will go toward your service total and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Thank you so much for understanding, respecting my time, and continuing to support my business. 🫶🏼
