Glitzz and Beauty is growing, and we're looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands that marketing is more than posting pretty pictures.

We want someone who can turn:

💼 THE ROLE

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping grow the Glitzz and Beauty brand across our digital platforms while supporting client acquisition, promotions and the continued development of our beauty academy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

📱 Managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms

🎥 Creating and coordinating engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and promotional content

💅🏽 Marketing our nail and beauty services

📣 Developing monthly marketing campaigns and promotions

🎓 Promoting our growing beauty academy and training programmes

📈 Generating qualified enquiries and supporting booking growth

💗 Developing our client-retention and referral marketing

👑 Supporting the Glitzz and Beauty founder's personal brand

📊 Tracking marketing performance and preparing monthly reports

💡 Bringing fresh marketing ideas and growth strategies to the business

• WhatsApp Business
• Influencer collaborations
• Beauty, fashion or lifestyle marketing

A formal marketing qualification is advantageous, but proven practical ability and results are equally important.
